Job Title: Records Examiner / Analyst Supporting the DEA

Company: Compass Strategy Solutions (CSS)

Description:
Join a crucial law enforcement initiative aiming to dismantle criminal organizations and disrupt their operations. CSS specializes in providing intelligence personnel, financial analysts, and forensic accountants to support law enforcement efforts worldwide. We are currently looking for a Records Examiner/Analyst to support the mission of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies.
- Enter data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
- Create case/project files.
- Manage case files and data validation.
- Monitor and track case file status.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and responses.
- Manipulate and transfer information.
- Provide updates and perform assigned duties.

This position requires onsite work and is not eligible for telecommuting.

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of asset forfeiture or law enforcement-related experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Personnel Security Processing.
- Understanding of Personnel Security Systems and Guidelines.
- U.S. Citizenship required with a background investigation.
