    Description

    Description: The Sales & Marketing Coordinator provides support to the director and managers of sales and marketing by handling administrative tasks like word-processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes, making travel arrangements, and other general office duties. They also assist on special projects when necessary.

    What will I be doing?

    • Prepare proposals and contracts for prospective customers regarding hotel guest rooms, meeting space, banquet dates, availability, and rates.
    • Manage group reservations, rooming lists, revise existing reservations, and communicate necessary information to customers.
    • Accompany Sales Managers to conduct site inspections with potential customers, showcasing guest rooms, meeting spaces, banquet facilities, and other hotel amenities.
    • Perform data entry using Delphi, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
    • Copy and distribute various documents internally and externally, handle e-mail correspondence, filing, faxing, and mail distribution.
    • Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries.
