    :

    Unique Opportunity:
    Join our team as a Manager of Employee Benefits Insurance Accounts and Services, overseeing a diverse book of business with a focus on customization and proactive client support. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a balance between in-office and remote work once training is completed.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage a complex portfolio of insurance accounts with different funding methods
    • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and insurance carriers
    • Provide expertise on insurance matters and support the Account Management team
    • Lead client meetings and handle renewals and negotiations with carriers
    • Educate clients on compliance topics and develop employee communications
    • Participate in peer reviews and deliver training content to the team

    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 4 years in the benefits industry, college degree preferred
    • Prior customer service experience is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to obtain life and disability insurance license
