    Description

    Company Overview: A leading innovator in chemical manufacturing is seeking a Chemical Process Engineering Manager to oversee production processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage chemical manufacturing processes, optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
    • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product development and scale-up.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and corrective actions.
    • Promote a culture of safety excellence and continuous learning.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • 10 years of chemical process engineering experience, 3-5 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong technical knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes.
    • Project management skills with a focus on achieving business objectives.
    • Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
