You ideally have completed a commercial apprenticeship
You have gained initial professional experience in the field of business and customer care
You communicate in a solutionoriented, binding and professional manner with business customers
You are highly customer and serviceoriented
You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
You are proficient in using MS Office and the internet
You work in an organized and structured manner

Your Role - What Awaits You:

You will be responsible for handling telephone debt management, including making collection calls
You communicate confidently on the phone with B2B customers
You are responsible for creating payment plans
You handle escalated customers within the collection calls
You work closely with the finance department
