The Cluster Youth Welfare is looking for a warm and energetic housekeeping staff (m/f/d) for the Braunschweiger Straße residential group in Hildesheim, starting from August 15th, with 20 hours per week.

Cluster is a long-standing, recognized independent provider of child and youth welfare services. Our empathetic and experienced team supports children, adolescents, young adults and their families throughout the district of Hildesheim. Our services include both outpatient, flexible and residential assistance.

The Braunschweiger Straße residential group, located centrally in Hildesheim, provides care for male adolescents and young adults aged 10-21 years.

Our belief is to provide youth welfare that stands in solidarity with the needs of young people and their families.

We work systemically, activating and focusing on the individual's environment, with the aim of strengthening their sense of responsibility.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning and cooking warm meals for the residential group (weekly plan) in consultation with the pedagogical staff and residents
  • Grocery shopping and managing the budget
  • Proper storage of supplies in collaboration with the team leader
  • Setting the table for lunch and participating in the meal, cleaning the kitchen after lunch
  • Supporting the pedagogical team in guiding residents in all housekeeping matters
  • Adhering to the hygiene plan

Qualifications:

  • Housekeeping training and/or experience in the field of housekeeping
  • Knowledge of healthy, balanced and tasty nutrition
