    Bennett Hill Academies is looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to help us create and implement our digital advertising campaign on social media and also our email marketing campaign.

    ABOUT BENNETT HILL:

    We have highly experienced and talented teachers that will create weekly tailored math, science or writing assignments for children based on their current performance in those subjects. Children will take a placement test before the first week and then assign a weekly assignment of 25 questions based on the results of the placement test. Then every week the teacher will review not only the results of the previous week's assignment but also the previous month and then create a tailored assignment for the next week. The teacher will decide whether to create a more difficult assignment, stay the course or decrease the difficulty. We believe practice makes perfect. The purpose is to help children improve their performance in math, writing and/or science steadily and effectively.

    Parents will pay $100 per week for the first child for one subject and $50 per week for any additional child.

    The advertising strategy that we will depend on is an exclusively model. Where people can only sign up using the page they are redirected to when they click on the ad. Each page that is linked to the ad will only be live during one day and then a new sign up page will be live the next day. We will also give each customer an invite code that they can share with friends and family. So this way friends and family can only sign up for Bennett Hill using that invite code that will only be valid for a few days. So to create a FOMO factor.

    THE JOB:

    Must be able to start June 17, 2024.

    For the first 3 days of the first week, you will be tasked with helping us improve our website including the language to make it more effective when someone clicks on the ad in order for them to sign up. You will then work with us to create highly effectively ads from a visual standpoint, for example finding effective photos on Shutterstock. And most importantly include in the ad that people can only sign up using this link during that day.

    You will also work with us to create a highly effective email marketing campaign where we will send an email to people who entered in their email on the Sign Up landing page.

    You will also help us create a highly effective email that we will send to current customers to compel them to share their invite code with friends and family so they simply enter their email into the sign up page. Then you will help us create the email that we will send to people who entered their email in the sign up page but haven't yet signed up.

    You will also need to properly and effectively setup our MailChimp account for those email marketing campaigns and the Instagram, Google and Facebook ads account.

    You will also help us choose highly effective stock photos that we will use as social media content that we will post on our profiles.

    We will be working with a $500 per week ad budget for the first few weeks. We are looking for people per week to simply enter their email into the landing page.

    COMPENSATION:

    The first 2 weeks will be a probationary period where the compensation will be $500 per week. Starting in week 3 the base compensation will increase to $1,000 per week and then in month 2 the base salary will reach $70,000 per year.
