    Description

    Job Title: Senior Accountant

    Welcome to the job description of the Senior Accountant position at NuHire, LLC. We are looking for a skilled professional to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, manage complex accounting tasks, and provide valuable financial analysis to support decision-making.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full accounting cycle for assigned accounts (payable, receivable, fixed assets, etc.)
    • Prepare and analyze detailed financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)
    • Conduct thorough account reconciliations and maintain precise financial records
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting procedures
    • Perform variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for enhancement
    • Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
    • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audit processes
    • Generate and deliver financial reports to management and stakeholders
    • Keep abreast of current accounting standards and industry best practices

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (mandatory)
    • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and GAAP
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
