    Description
    Title: IMT Support Technician
    Location: Orlando, FL- Onsite
    Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
    Compensation: $17-$21/hr
    Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

    The position of an IMT Support Technician is responsible for supporting computing environments associated with faculty and staff users across the University. Core responsibilities include working support issues via a ticket system, inventory and asset management, imaging and deployment of computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.

    Job Description:
    • 2 years relevant work experience in Information Technology
    • Experience with software products (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)
    • Basic experience with supporting user account and computer objects in Microsoft Active Directory
    • Experience using Mobile Device Management solutions (Intune, SCCM, JAMF)
    • Understanding of file sharing practices on both Windows and MacOS
    • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals

    Qualifications:
    • 2 years relevant work experience in Information Technology
