Job Title: Field Technical Support
Location: Onsite at Chambersburg, PA
Duration: 2+ Months Contract
Job Description:
• Looking for candidates as Field Technical Support who can resolve customer issues in the areas of hardware installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance, instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of systems/equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Manages the onsite delivery of software services, installation, and configuration for customer environments.
• The job solves various business systems, networking, and applications problems for standard industry servers, specialized or complex clustered environments.
• Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Organizes own tasks and receives general instructions on all work.
Experience:
• Resolves customer issues in the areas of hardware installation, repair, upgrade and maintenance. Assists in investigating and resolving complex installations and maintenance matters of significance.
• Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of systems/equipment.
• Ensures issues are referred to the appropriate personnel/service areas for follow up, testing and troubleshooting.
• Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to abide by client policies
• Maintain regular attendance based on agreed-upon schedule
Education:
• High school diploma or G.E.D. Relevant coursework.
