We are currently seeking a Service Technician / Mechatronics Engineer (m/f/d) for the workshop of our successful German sales company at our branch in Cologne.


What you will do:

  • Perform service and repair work on our modern, highprecision surveying instruments
  • Conduct periodic hardware and software maintenance on customer instruments
  • Diagnose and analyze faults, implement solutions, and define service measures
  • Set up operating equipment
  • Provide technical input for cost estimates to customers
  • Repair and inspect demo devices and rental instruments
  • Assist with spare parts inventory and service projects
  • Provide technical support to partners and colleagues during service measures
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing goods control

What we are looking for:

  • Training as an information electronics technician, radio and television technician, electromechanic with electronics knowledge, or mechatronics engineer with precision mechanics knowledge
  • Several years of professional experience in a service environment preferred, but not required
  • Strong awareness of precision, attention to detail, and
