    Description
    Renewal is seeking the right individual to fill our Benefits Service Specialist position. Here at Renewal we place an emphasis on serving clients with excellent and accurate service. We are seeking someone who fits our company mindsets and is eager to learn. Prior industry experience is not required, but is preferred.
    Renewal has established values and mindsets that drive how we interact with clients. Equally as important, we want someone who will fit with our culture internally. Through our work, Renewal and its team members' goal is to make champions out of our clients and co-workers.

    Total compensation includes hourly pay, company sponsored benefits such as medical, dental, and life insurance, 401k with company match, and additional voluntary benefits for you to consider.

    RequirementsStudy and understand the benefit offerings for each client Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and insurance questionsSolve benefits issues presented by customer in timely and informative fashionCoordinate with the benefits team at Renewal to ensure timely and accurate enrollments Serve as backup to internal teams for client needsAddress and escalate complex benefits questions when necessaryInsure that all communication is properly logged in Renewal CRM and insurance carrier systemsAttributesDetail OrientedAbility and willingness to adapt to new technologiesEager to learnFlexibilityCoach-ableTeam PlayerCustomer Service OrientedProactiveSelf-Motivated
