    Key Staffing Bakersfield is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, resolving inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the main point of contact for clients and candidates, addressing inquiries and providing information about available job opportunities.
    • Assist candidates with the application process, including resume submission, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate candidate placements and ensure smooth transitions throughout the recruitment process.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and courteously.
