Thuasne is a mid-cap medical device company, manufacturing class I and class II devices, committed to providing high-quality products that enhance patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
Maintains company assets and processes and coordinates the smooth flow of patient information to and from the Thuasne North America corporate office while adhering to HIPPA regulations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Models the Core Values and the Mission Statement of Thuasne North America
- Delivers doctorordered medical equipment.
- Perform fittings as directed by TSC/RSM
- Instructs patient/care giver on how to use prescribed equipment properly and safely.
- Follows-Up with patients he/she has setup, verifies equipment is functional and answers any additional questions.
- Picks up equipment in both the home and hospital setting.
- Assist TSC or RSM in device inventory management.
- May have to communicate or interact with, assess, or treat Thuasne North America's customers that may be:
- Pediatrics years of age)
- Adults years of age)
- Seniors (65 years or greater)
- Schedules deliveries, pickups, discontinuances, maintenances or changes in service.
- Participates in Performance Improvement (PI) activities.
- Participates, on an ongoing basis, in all training programs.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

Additional qualifications:
- Able to travel the local territory by car during the work week.
- Maintain driver's license and insurance.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Durable Medical Equipment experience preferred
Core Competencies:
Core competencies requirements for this position include applicable education, training or certifications, previous experience, and on-the-job training, and are documented in the training plan for the position.
Competency is evaluated beginning on date of hire and will be verified after all job function and evaluation requirements are completed.
Additional tasks may be required as business needs dictate. Individual goal plans will be defined, and performance indicators may be modified as technologies and market conditions evolve.Working Conditions:
The working conditions of this position include travel by car within the territory, standing/sitting at a desk, lifting product up to 50 lbs, and potentially walking for long periods of time.
