Responsibilities:


  • Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers in a timely manner
  • Servicing, reviewing and remarketing client polices
  • Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims submissions, and billing verification
  • Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency
  • Contribute to individual goals and agency success through crossselling and new initiatives

Requirements:


  • Property and Casualty insurance license
  • Pass background check (Some exceptions determined by the DOI)
  • Customer Service Experience (preferred)
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good operational computing skill/typing 50+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
  • Confident selfstarter who works well independently
  • Strong problemsolving capabilities
  • Ability to multitask

Pay:
$35, $55,000.00 per year
