THE ROLE:

Senior Financial AnalystJob Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst isresponsible for providing financial analysis and support to several businessunits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financialprinciples and practices, as well as excellent communication andpresentation skills.

He or she will need to understand how to work within(as well as augment) operational and system processes to provide insightto the business.

This person will need to collaborate with accounting sharedservices to understand the impact of accounting policies and come up withsolutions to implement accounting practices that align with the FP&A needs.

Travel Requirements:
In this role you will be expected to travel up to 5%. It will be primarilyremote, with preferred locations close to a Presidio office.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with FP&A leadership and business owners to produce the annualplan, quarterly and monthly forecast updates, internal reporting andperformance management against projections for the line of business.

Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly P&L variance analysis against budgetand forecast and review results with accounting, FP&A, and businessmanagement.
Monthly / Long-term forecasting, budgeting, and modeling.
Reporting and analyzing Operational Metrics and KPIs (Key PerformanceIndicators).Executive / Ad Hoc Reporting and PowerPoint presentation preparation.
Assist with conceptualizing improvements for financial planning module(OneStream).Provide finance approvals to support ongoing operations.

Required Skills:
Must have participated in at least 2 annual budget planning cycles.
Results oriented, with a high bias for action and a strong ownership ofaccountability.
Strong communication skills with experience partnering alongside andpresenting to senior business leaders.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven experience in buildingcollaborative working relationships with teams across the organization.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (including V lookup, pivot tables, etc.).

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, related field orequivalent experience and/or military experience.5+ years of related work experience, with at least 3 years of FP&A experience.
