- Write and edit high-quality and engaging operational content, ensuring consistency with writing standards and brand in style and tone.
- Publish and manage content across multiple platforms for various audience personas; conduct audits of content to ensure information is accurate and relevant.
- Manage content projects with multiple work streams; coordinate content and communication strategy discussions with key project stakeholders.
- Closely partner with departments across the firm to build strong relationships and ensure alignment on content goals and opportunities.
- Independently manage daily assignments and participate in the peer review quality control process.
- Leverage analytics to evaluate effectiveness of content and uncover opportunities for content improvement.
- Actively participate, and at times lead, team, project and/or business process meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Management Information Systems, English or related field.
- 2 years of relevant working experience in content management, web development or related field (technical writer or internal communications).
- Experience with enterprise content management systems and web analytics, experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong editing, grammar and proofreading skills.
- Strategic thinker with sharp analytical thinking skills and an intellectual curiosity.
- Action orientation, willingness to take the initiative, and a desire to roll up sleeves and dig into the depths of the business.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with other departments to collaborate, facilitate, and resolve issues.
- Ability to deliver under pressure and to balance multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously.
