    Carrier Relationship Manager

    Job Description

    We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive professional to join us as Carrier Relationship Manager

    As a critical team member, you will develop and manage strong relationships with our carrier partners.

    From identifying new carrier partnerships to negotiating contracts and resolving issues, your skills will contribute to the smooth functioning of our supply chain.

    If you can leverage your exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to enhance carrier satisfaction, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance, this opportunity is for you

    In this role, you will:

    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with carriers and external stakeholders.
    • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improving carrier satisfaction and operational efficiency.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts for carriers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize carrier relationships and enhance service quality.
    • Monitor carrier performance and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
    • Utilize technology and systems to streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency.
    • Prepare and present reports, metrics, and recommendations to senior management.

    Essential skills and qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5+ years Carrier Relations experience preferred. Industry experience desired.
    • In-depth knowledge of the industry, including relevant trends and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
