    Administrative Assistant II - Louisville, United States - HEPCO

    Description

    Are you detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring top-notch quality in every product? Join our team as a Quality Assurance Assistant and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing product standards for our esteemed clients. As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will work closely with our quality assurance team to uphold quality control procedures, document findings, and suggest improvements, ultimately contributing to our clients' success in a competitive market.

    • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases to track quality metrics and inspections.
    • Manage filing systems and record information as needed for documentation and regulatory compliance.
    • Help organize and maintain Quality office common areas to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
    • Perform general Quality clerk duties and provide administrative support on the shop floor.
    • Manage correspondence within the Quality department and other functional departments.
    • Maintain an efficient workspace, ensuring everything is organized and in order.

    Required Skills:

    • Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and entering data into databases.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage filing systems effectively.
    • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
    • Effective problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.

    Experience and Education:

    • 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience in an office environment.
    • Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred.
    • Physical endurance and ability to stand for long periods of time may be required.
