    Description

    The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Management Team and other Operations members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create & Submit Request for Subcontractor Approval forms (RSA's) during project start-up
    • Generate, collect & distribute necessary documents like insurance certificates and subcontract agreements
    • Set up field offices for project teams, manage office logistics and supplies
    • Process correspondence, reports, and submittals, ensuring timely responses and document organization
    • Coordinate project plans and drawings, maintaining up-to-date sets and sharing updates with stakeholders
    • Review insurance compliance reports and manage office supplies
    • Provide backup support at the Main Office when needed

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction administration
    • Detailed, organized, and efficient
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
