- Partnering with Sales leads and Sales planning team to provide financial support and build case for investments. \t
- Interacting and Point of Contact to ITC/deductions team. \t
- Leading the month-end and quarter-end close process ensuring proper accounting under GAAP. \t
- Assisting with monthly forecasting and budgeting process. \t
- Managing overhead spend for the sales channel. \t
- Monthly reporting and presentation of financial results. \t
- Analyzing past performance, results, and competitor data to make recommendation that create sustainable value creation for the company. \t
- AD hoc requests. \t
- Drive for Results - Proactively recommending updates to processes and procedures to identify opportunities and meet needs of leadership. \t

- 3-5 years of experience \t
- Preferred CPG experience in the commercial organization \t
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field of study required. \t

This is a Hybrid role that requires the incumbent to live within sixty miles of the Battle Creek, Michigan or Rogers, Arkansas Office. This job sometimes involves extended work schedules and time commitments and changing priorities. Incumbent must be able to deal with some stress and facilitate sound decision making. Occasional travel (up to 25%) to other corporate office location.
