Primary Job Description

Provide support to the finance and accounting team.
Resolve financial account discrepancies as appropriate including cash transactions and vendor invoice payments.
Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Assist in monthly close process.
Assist in grant tracking and monitoring.
Responsible for keeping and storing documentation for accounting transactions.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
2 years of related accounting experience in healthcare preferred.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required.
Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs preferred.
Detail oriented team player who can consistently meet deadlines, adapt quickly, work well with all levels of the organization, and possess the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal, communication, computer and team building skills.
