    Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)
    Was dich bei uns erwartet:

    Du entwickelst inspirierenden, informativen und kundenoptimierten Text-Content im Online-Shop und erstellst verkaufsstarke Marketing-Texte

    Du erstellst Entwürfe und setzt die späteren finalen Webseiten via CMS um und optimierst die User Experience

    Mit deinen redaktionellen Fähigkeiten setzt du verschiedene Onsite-Marketing-Maßnahmen und Kampagnen um, begleitest sie und schaffst vermarktungsstarke Angebote, immer in enger Abstimmung den Teams CRM und Grafik

    Du behältst relevante Quellen innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens im Blick und identifizierst passende Themen und Trends

    Als Teil des E-Commerce-Teams unterstützt du bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Web-Auftritts

    Was wir uns von dir wünschen:

    abgeschlossenes Studium der Marketing-, Kommunikations- oder Medienwissenschaften, Journalismus und/oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss

    3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Content Marketing und Copy-/UX-Writing oder als Content-Manager (m/w/d)

    strukturierte, teamorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, kommunikationsstark sowie starker Fokus auf Kundenbedürfnisse & kommerzielle Ansprache

    Begeisterung für digitale Medien und zielgruppenspezifische Content-Erstellung

    sichere Kenntnisse in MS-Office, Content Management Systeme und Internet-Technologien sowie erste Erfahrungen mit KI wünschenswert

    Experte für digitale Kanäle und deren Trends, insbesondere im Bereich Online-Shop und E-Mail-Marketing

    Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, verhandlungssicheres Englisch
