- Champion the adoption of DevSecOps principles and best practices across the organization.
- Contribute towards DevSecOps policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with application developers and leadership to integrate security considerations throughout the SDLC.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of DevSecOps initiatives.
- Identify and prioritize security vulnerabilities within the application codebase.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the DevSecOps space.
- 15+ years of experience in engineering roles, with a minimum of 5 years focused on DevSecOps.
- Proven track record of leading DevSecOps adoption in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, and security scanning tools.
- Experience working with and influencing application developers and leadership.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Data-driven approach to problem solving, with a focus on measuring and demonstrating the value of DevSecOps initiatives.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in a cloud-native environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
