- Client invoicing duties include:
- Work with Deltek Vision software on project setups.
- Generate, audit, distribute and track internal draft invoices using electronic invoicing software.
- Upload approved invoices into client's system.
- Generate and distribute weekly and monthly project reports.
- Your proficiency, experience and education level will provide room for professional growth.
- You may also assist the Accounting team on a variety of tasks which may include electronic filing.
- Back up various Accounting functions.
- The successful candidate must have either an Associate degree in Accounting, or a high school diploma and two or more years of applicable accounting experience.
- You must enjoy communicating with clients and technically-minded staff on topics ranging from invoice requirements to project reports.
- You must be detail-oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines while providing over-the-top customer service.
- Microsoft Office experience using Word (basic level skills) and Excel (intermediate level skills) is also required.
- Our preferred candidate will have an Associate degree in Accounting with one or more years of accounting experience and have a proven track record of learning new software.
