    Guest Relations Coordinator - Receptionist/Concierge

    Overview


    The Division of Enrollment Management serves students, alumni, staff, faculty and the general public in the areas of admission, student financial assistance, marketing and communications, and enrollment services (student records, registration, and student accounts).

    The Guest Relations Coordinator serves as the public facing point of contact for Enrollment Management, University Advancement, and University Communications.

    Welcome visitor's to O'Connell Hall and direct them to the appropriate offices. Coordinate communication to the primary office email and voicemail account.

    Responsibilities


    • Interact with guests professionally and positively.
    • Respond to front-desk inquiries by providing information about the Enrollment Management departments, such as location and contact information.
    • Record incoming and outgoing deliveries.
    • Coordinate responses to email and phone inquiries by responding personally or forwarding to the appropriate staff or community member.
    • Coordinate purchasing of necessary office supplies, technology, and equipment.
    Qualifications

    A Bachelor's Degree and must have strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and familiarity with working individually as well as in a team setting. Solution-oriented mindset when addressing day to day issues is important. Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience.
