- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making for the retail division.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure retail performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, providing insights into retail performance and trends.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the inventory management team to monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and obsolescence to optimize inventory management processes.
- Analyze retail costs and expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to control costs while maintaining quality and service levels.
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Provide financial support and guidance for retail-related initiatives and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Job Description:
