    As a CO+I Power Harvesting Construction Manager (PHPM), you will perform a key role in delivering datacenter capacity for core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.

    By enabling datacenter capacity through increased Infrastructure Utilization Effectiveness (IUE) and Power Harvesting (PH), you will lead the In-Fill program enabling fragmented capacity for our customers in our existing fleet.

    Required Qualifications:


    Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years related experienceOR equivalent experience.5+ years' experience in datacenter construction, new and/or retrofit.

    5+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

    Other Requirements:
    Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

    These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

    Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
    This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check every two years thereafter.
    Preferred QualificationsProficient with with Microsoft Office products to include; power point, excel, office, visio, PowerBI, project professional, and Teams.
    Experience in leading vendor teams developing and launching scalable programs leveraging technology, tooling, and business processes.

    is USD $112,200 - $194,800 per year.

    There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $142,200 - $213,200 per year.

    Prioritize workload based on customer needs and achievement of established OKRs.

    Manage the development of scope, schedule, and cost for projects to include coordination of contractors/vendors onsite and execute to completion.

    Develop solutions through partnership of key stakeholders, leveraging Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and conduct individual contributions as part of the deliverables.

    Manages the assigned projects or programs to meet service delivery objectives and escalates to appropriate stakeholders to remove obstacles.
