- Conduct thorough site assessments to identify potential challenges and proactively plan for success.
- Analyze project requirements, develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM), and collaborate with RF engineers.
- Oversee all technical aspects of equipment deployment, from supplier selection to material distribution.
- Manage site access, meticulously plan installation schedules, and ensure efficient construction execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones, adhering to standards.
- Conduct audits throughout the construction process and manage punch list items for a flawless final product.
- Partner seamlessly with Senior Construction Managers and Customer Project Managers for optimal workflow.
- Proven experience in in-building telecommunications solutions (IBCS).
- Willingness to travel within the Pacific Northwest for site visits and on-site construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
