- Take charge of overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards
- Collaborate closely with field staff, subcontractors, engineers, and architects to guarantee successful project outcomes
- Participate in project procurement activities and provide guidance to junior team members
- Manage project risks effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Lead end-to-end management of construction projects
- Supervise team communication and coordination
- Ensure projects surpass client expectations in terms of budget, timeline, and quality
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including contractor selection
- Assist in project procurement through estimation and proposal development
- Showcase strong leadership qualities and community dedication
- Guide and develop junior project managers
- Undergraduate degree in building science, construction management, or civil engineering (mandatory)
- 6+ years of experience in managing commercial projects
