(Junior) Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Managing, overseeing, and monitoring all trades involved in your assigned construction projects in the greater Nuremberg area
Responsible for creating and adhering to construction schedules
Monitoring overall costs
Managing onsite construction companies and verifying invoices according to contracts
Conducting final inspections with subcontractors
Constant communication with project management and internal planning department

For this exciting role, we expect:

Completed degree in civil engineering (m/f/d), training including further education as a construction technician / master (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in construction management
Experience in residential and commercial construction is required for this position
Competent and confident demeanor
Strong communication and assertiveness skills
