    Overview

    The Account Director will be the business owner of some of our most important programs. This client- facing position is responsible for the execution and day-to-day logistics of the programs.

    In addition to leading client relationships, this key team member will provide integral leadership in developing and implementing core strategies for achieving and surpassing client expectations and program goals.


    He/she will lead the broader project management team for this client and be responsible for interfacing with other departments within the company including the creative and art department, IT, video, metrics and analytics, as well as outside partners that support the program.

    Typical parts of the program, which we would expect this position to lead, would include experiential marketing initiatives, events, metrics, and other marketing extensions.

    This position will require daily client interaction and oversee initiatives from strategy development through activation and execution and performance data and reporting.

    Responsibilities

    Manage the client relationship to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and a strong ongoing consultative approach to all interaction
    Develop and present core strategies that iterate and expand on the business as it currently exists
    Continually look for opportunities to optimize programs to improve performance and exceed goals
    Supervise all program related staff and activities to ensure these are completed in a timely, efficient and effective manner within budget, as per the details of various contracts with the client
    Contribute to the growth and profitability of the Company through successful management and expansion of the programs
    Ensure Company is meeting, or exceeding client expectations
    Provide leadership for assigned cross-functional Project Team
    Fully immersed in brand details
    Travel domestically to project locations 4-5 times per year
    Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Advertising
    Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in a leadership role
    Effective communication and excellent facilitation and presentation skills
    Ability to manage remote teams
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Comfort with KPIs, goals and other data
    Extensive Office 365 knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)
    Ability to engage personnel at all levels (including management) and respond to questions/concerns in a positive manner
    Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    Must be flexible to respond confidently to changes based on the needs of the
