We are currently seeking a Director of eCommerce Account Management to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales leader responsible for managing our eCommerce accounts including Amazon, Chewy, Target Plus Marketplace, Wayfair, and more. The Director will need marketplace expertise, strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and excellent negotiation skills to oversee our eCommerce business across different accounts. Reporting to the VP of eCommerce, the Director will lead a team of account managers, drive annual sales targets, manage vendor relationships, and optimize the sales funnel from traffic to conversion.

SALARY RANGE:
The base salary range offered is $125,000 - $175,000, dependent on various factors including qualifications, experience, skills, and geographic location.
