    Payroll/Benefits Specialist
    Salary: 58-62k + target 10% bonus

    Hybrid - 3 days in the office in Dallas, TX (required)

    Our client, at a top talent partner of choice for businesses and highly skilled professionals, securing talent worldwide, is looking for a Payroll/Benefits Specialist.

    We're seeking candidates with 2-4+ years of experience in:
    • Payroll processing for US employees with a volume close to 1600 employees amongst a team of 4
    • Multi-state and federal payroll tax and regulations
    • ADP Work Force Now and Time & Attendance
    • Handling benefit renewals - December is open enrollment
    • Giving presentations and benefits communications to employees
    • Principal for 401k
    • Basic admin for benefits
    • Advanced Excel skills: vlookups, formulas, index/match
    • Opportunity to train and learn payroll on a global level in UK, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Asia, Singapore, HK, China, etc.
