    Description

    Our client, based in Dallas, TX, is in search of a Payroll Benefits Specialist to join their vibrant team. They need a team player to oversee the outsourced US payroll (via ADP Workforce Now) from start to finish. This includes managing new hires, terminations, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, garnishments, bonuses, and more. In terms of benefits, they are looking for someone to handle benefit administrations such as healthcare, 401K, and Commuter plans, as well as conducting benefit presentations.

    Salary Range: $58,000-62,000 per year

    Work Arrangement: Hybrid Role - 3 days onsite

    Preferred Qualifications (2-3 years of experience in the following):

    • Expertise in ADP Workforce Now and Time & Attendance systems
    • Understanding of Time and Labor Regulations in different states
    • Proficiency in Excel including vlookups, formulas, and index/match
    • Familiarity with federal and multi-state payroll laws
    • Candidates with strong benefits background and willingness to learn payroll are welcome
    • Experience in handling benefit renewals, communications, and basic administration
    • Ability to deliver benefit presentations
