As we continue to push the boundaries of the software industry, we are seeking a talented and motivated Business Engagement Delivery Consultant to join our team

    SymphonyAI Financial Services, a SymphonyAI solution, specializes in providing solutions for financial crime detection and prevention, particularly in the banking and financial services industry. We are excited to be adding a Senior Solutions Consultant to the team on the East Coast.

    Job Description:

    As the Sr. Solutions consultant, you will be responsible for:

    Sales-Support, Presentations, Live and Recorded Solution Demonstrations, Communications, Specialized Product and Value Knowledge.
    Become a customer solution expert and demonstrate that strong expertise internally and externally. (Strong presentation skills a must).
    Ability to effectively communicate business value of product design, integrations, and enhancements.
    Design configurations and solutions according to customers technical specifications and unique environment, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture.
    Provide Technical Specifications, Network Diagrams, and educate prospects on product requirements and answers their technical and security questions.
    Provide responses to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the Sales & RFP Teams.
    Work effectively with Product team, Deployment Engineers, Project Managers, Product Managers, and Account Executives.
    Project Management work to schedule calls and track Proof of Concept data extraction projects.
    Post-sale support to encourage client success when needed.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    7-10 years of strong experience within the financial crime industry designing, developing, and delivering solutions for large enterprises at scale and collaborating on design with other teams.

    Additional experience in data analysis and visualization desired. Conceptual and technical understanding of customer solutions and business value.
    Strong understanding of cloud architecture and SaaS deployment models.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Understanding of Data science concepts, technologies, ML Ops a plus.
    Ability to adapt to new technologies and domains quickly.
    Desirable: Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements and regulations in the financial services sector; particularly AML governance and transaction monitoring and sanctions in the financial sector.

    Travel 10-20%

    Live in the Charlotte, NC surrounding area
