A fantastic opportunity exists for a Senior Manager, IT Applications. Reporting to the VP of IT, this role is pivotal in managing all aspects of applications support, especially focusing on SAP and 3rd party applications with exposure to NSE. The candidate must possess extensive SAP experience, including S4 HANA, and demonstrate expertise in overseeing application landscapes, particularly in a public company with SOX experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the support and development of the company's global application landscape, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and business vision.
Manage relationships with business stakeholders, Capgemini (integrator), and support services vendors.
Oversee the integration of vendors, clients, and technical partners, aligning with organizational goals and timelines.
Drive projects for software upgrades, revisions, patches, and fixes mandated by SAP.
Act as the focal point for IT Audit-related work, ensuring compliance with external and internal audit requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of application support experience, including incident management, problem analysis, and high severity issue handling within SLA.
8+ years of functional support experience in applications, with a focus on SAP.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments.
Experience with SAP modules like FICO and Supply Chain, and the transition from SAP ECC to HANA.
Knowledge of AWS hosting and exposure to NSE is preferred.
Experience managing relationships with external vendors and overseeing BAs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
Competency in Microsoft Excel, database skills, and familiarity with the latest industry technologies.
