Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Gathering and understanding requirements for new enhancements in the application from business user.
• Responsible for Analysis, Design, Development, Documentation and Testing of all enhancements and fix of existing issues.
• Design and Develop new components.
• Collaborating with upstream/downstream applications owners for any issues/enhancements.
• Review Technical and Business aspect of the changes development.
• Participate/Drive User Acceptance Tests.
• Deploying the new or enhanced application in QA/production.
• Define requirements for data archival and application sun downing activities.
• Document the technical aspects of the new components.
• Document user manuals for accessing the software.
• Handling the Knowledge Transition (KT) for any new resource in the team and training them to work in the application.
• Examining and defining current architecture systems.
• Designing scalable architecture systems.
• Identifying the hardware and software infrastructure needs to accommodate the company's architectural goals.
• Troubleshooting design flaws and system bottlenecks.
• Performing validation tests to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the system.
• Conducting system performance tests.
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive project from architecture standpoint
• Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with key stakeholders in client organization.
