Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist patients with daily tasks, personal care, and ensure their well-being.


Duties:


  • Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Administer medication reminders under the direction of a nurse or healthcare provider
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Document patient information accurately and timely

Skills:


  • Experience in senior care and caregiving
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
  • Ability to provide catheter care if needed
  • Familiarity with hospice care practices
  • Proficient in patient care techniques and procedures
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy
  • Experience in home care settings
  • Ability to lift patients safely

Pay:
$ $23.46 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
