Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care activities and resources
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Provide support for patients and families during challenging times
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
Skills:
- Proficiency in patient service and case management
- Knowledge of managed care principles
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Experience in social work or similar fields
- Familiarity with PICU and ICU environments
- Ability to offer addiction counseling support
- Strong discharge planning skills
- Competency in diagnostic evaluation techniques
Pay:
$25.39 per hour
