Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care activities and resources
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
  • Provide support for patients and families during challenging times
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care

Skills:

  • Proficiency in patient service and case management
  • Knowledge of managed care principles
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Experience in social work or similar fields
  • Familiarity with PICU and ICU environments
  • Ability to offer addiction counseling support
  • Strong discharge planning skills
  • Competency in diagnostic evaluation techniques

Pay:
$25.39 per hour
