Care Pro is Hiring English Speaker that are certified for Personal care aide (PCA) and Home health Aide (HHA).

Responsibilities:


  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes**:
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming**:
  • Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals**:
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel**:
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment**:
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary**:
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry**:
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients**:
  • Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals**
    Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred**:
  • Knowledge of medical documentation procedures and practices**:
  • Ability to clean, cook, and provide assistance with daily tasks**:
  • Experience in hospice care, dementia care, senior care, or assisted living is a plus**:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team**
