We are looking for a Team Leader for Production (m/f/d) to join our team in Nuremberg, with potential for relocation to Baiersdorf, starting immediately.

A typical day in this role will include:

Managing a team of approximately 10 employees in a 2-shift operation (morning and evening shifts)
Setting up and operating tools and machines for wood processing
Assisting with other tasks in production
Product and quality control

We are looking for someone who:

Enjoys working with wood and has good manual skills
Is able to handle physically demanding work
Has completed a vocational training and/or has experience in a wood processing (e.g. carpenter, wood mechanic, etc.) or metalworking profession
Is interested in a role with leadership responsibilities, is reliable, and enjoys working in a team
Has a forklift license
