For the past 30 years, we at LOS Mannheim have been providing support to children and adolescents in Pinedale, WY who struggle with reading and/or writing difficulties (LRS) or dyslexia.


LOS Mannheim is currently seeking a pedagogue (m/f/d) on a freelance basis to join our team at our Pinedale location.

Our work is scientifically supported and regularly evaluated for success.

We are able to provide sustainable help for individuals with dyslexia and severe difficulties in the reading and writing process.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning and conducting remedial lessons in German or English
  • Supporting individuals with spelling difficulties, including children, adolescents, and adults
  • Helping those who suffer from LRS or dyslexia

Qualifications:

  • Degree in the field of education or psychology
  • Social workers, educators, and teachers are generally eligible for freelance work
  • Enjoyment of teaching in small groups (610 people)
  • Providing pedagogical support to children during online work on the computer
  • Confident and customeroriented demeanor
  • Goaloriented work ethic
  • Technical understanding for virtual learning (in this case, remote work is possible)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written German
