Role Summary:
The Associate Client Conversion Analyst will provide personal service to clients and assigned Regional Offices during the plan or contract termination process for defined benefit and defined contribution plans, and other group pension products, as well as the net value plan products.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and new plan providers for deconversion cases, process benefit purchases and distributions as necessaryProcess plan and contract terminations using the various FIS-Omni systems – Omni-DC/DB and Omni PayDefined contribution plans - ensure all accounts are in good order for processingFor both defined benefit and defined contribution plan terminations; review and mail out benefit distribution packages; secure valid participant election forms; purchase annuities and process lump sum distributions to complete the plan termination on scheduleProcess contract terminations and advise client of documentation required; ensure it is received and in good order, secure information necessary for the new plan provider to take over the administration of the plan, and transfer the assets to the new plan providerWork with the various departments within the Company to ensure that the plan and contract terminations are processed in accordance with the requirementsObtain and transmit census and loan data necessary to administer the planAssist with IRS and PBGC audits as requestedOther duties as assigned to support the overall workflow of the department
Required Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent work experience in the retirement industryExcellent written and oral communication skillsWell organized and ability to work independentlyAbility to scan databases for requested informationWorking knowledge of the various Microsoft Office products
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years' experience in the retirement IndustryBasic knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements affecting pension and savings plansDefined Benefit calculation experienceWhat we offer you:

Match:
You will be eligible to receive up to 9% of your pay (salary and incentive compensation) in company contributions.
A non-elective employer contribution of 3%, plus a 100% employer match on employee contributions of up to 6% of pay.
Parental Leave:
8 weeks fully paidPaid time off: 20 days plus two floating personal holidays
