    PURPOSE:

    The M&A team is continue to expand and seeking to hire a Senior Analyst-M&A Integration. This is an exciting role and will focus on post-merger integration activities between acquired companies/assets and PTI. Within the Mergers and Acquisitions group, this role will support the processes to support all post-merger integration functions. The Senior Analyst will partner with the M&A deal team and other department heads to integrate business operations, monitor and analyze post acquisitions results with respect to all business functions, and help to continue to build a mature PTI integration playbook.

    FUNCTIONS:

    • Manage the Post Merger Integration process and integration routines.
    • Manage over the integration process including setting up meetings, time and scheduling tasks, follow up with department heads, deep dive solution focused analysis into integration bottle-neck issues, responsible for file upload into ERP systems.
    • Must be an independent thinker who thrives in an autonomous environment and must be able to launch and lead integration meetings and integration status reporting to M&A Director.
    • Manage corporate cross-functional teams to ensure that key requirements for the integration are executed properly.
    • Ensure that executed Asset Purchase Agreements ("APA's") are received timely for all deals, and with adequate time to provide for a successful launch after new acquisition.
    • Manage the data conversion/upload process to ensure that data is received and processed timely to support the Company's Due Diligence.
    • Review data to verify integrity of data pull and accuracy of data conversion.
    • Prioritize work with other Company departments to ensure continuous focus on the most critical deals.
    • Intervene as necessary to facilitate data transfer from Seller to PTI and to resolve data issues that will impact the deal.
    • Communicate and advise stakeholders in identifying solutions when complications arise.
    • Complete and review the translation of Seller 3rd Party Codes to Company's Codes so that all new business can be processed successfully. Implement processes to provide assurance for successful completion of priorities and tasks.
    • Responsible for driving the highest level of accuracy in data transfer and upload to Company business systems.
    • Participate in and contribute to Integration meetings, actively identify and implement best practices that increase data accuracy, post close deliverables, and communicate these practices to Operations through direct guidance.
    • Advise management of Siterra system enhancements to optimize the data transfer process. Prepares recommendations to IT for system enhancements.
    • Monitor adherence to valuation terms that were agreed to in the APA and escalates discrepancies to management while making recommendations for resolution. Distributes integration results to internal departments as necessary (i.e., Legal, Accounting).
    • Ensure that Asset Management orients and integrates acquisition assets. Updates and ensures that landlord, tenant, carrier, bank and other material parties (to APA) notification letters are prepared and distributed in advance and at time of each acquisition.
    • Ensure that new asset portfolio is noticed to the Company.
    • Verify appropriate records are backed-up and available.
    • Review Due Diligence results for each deal and provides customized instructions/guidance to the Country and Department Managers to ensure that the Company is adequately informed and prepared for each deal.
    • Serve as primary point of contact for Operations to resolve any issues associated with the deal.
    • Intervene if market is not adequately prepared for the deal and recommend required action plans prior to Close.
    • Manage the M&A integration process, providing thought leadership, pilot design and evaluation, procedure development, measurement of results and ongoing support for Operations, with goal to ensure a smooth integration.

    WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    Position works in a standard office environment. Standing, sitting and walking required daily. Job will involve minimal travel.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 5-8 years of integration or project management experience
    • 4-year degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
    • Six-sigma - Greenbelt or PMP preferred.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
    • Detailed oriented
    • Experience with real estate or telecommunications towers.
    • Proficient in use of MS Excel and Siterra.
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills required.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required.
    • Process thinker with a positive attitude and high energy.
    • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic organization.
    • Must have ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally with other departments.
    • Must maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity.
