Korn Ferry has partnered with our northern Cincinnati real estate client HQ for a Senior Financial Analyst opportunity, reporting to the Director of Finance.
As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for build-to-suit developments, acquisitions, and dispositions of commercial real estate properties.
As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will have exposure to several different areas in commercial real estate including leasing, accounting, finance, construction, and development.
Whether you are an Accountant with a passion for real estate who wants to be a Financial Analyst or a Financial Analyst with a desire to move into a Senior Financial Analyst position, this would be a great opportunity for you Our client can customize this role based on your skill set.

TARGET SALARY Up to 90's BASE range plus BONUS
Skills Needed :
2 or more years of experience in financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for commercial real estate preferred.
OR an experienced Accountant with some relevant real estate or similar industry experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Passion and enthusiasm for commercial real estate.
Educational & Work Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or related field
Real estate or similar industry experience strongly preferred.
Solid systems skills such as MRI, Yardi, or other industry software, and intermediate Excel
