Financial Analyst

Location:
Cincinnati, OH

(On-site)

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to guide operational decisions an optimize financial performance
Identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in Financial data, relating to margins
Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making
Lead the budgeting process and prepare budgets that align with company goals
Develop financial reports that forecasts business activity, expenses, earnings, and margins
Create / refine tools for analyzing financial data and identifying trends that could impact the business
Adapt quickly and make changes to ensure stakeholders have access to accurate information

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Minimum of 2-5 years of related financial experience

Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or related experience with a financial analysis software and ERP systems
Motivated by challenges
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving
The ability to be flexible and adaptable. Must be able to make changes in a short notice.
Team player as well as capable of working independently
