    Description

    Title: Financial Analyst

    Location: Cincinnati, OH (On-site)

    Responsibilities:

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to guide operational decisions an optimize financial performance
    • Identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in Financial data, relating to margins
    • Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making
    • Lead the budgeting process and prepare budgets that align with company goals
    • Develop financial reports that forecasts business activity, expenses, earnings, and margins
    • Create / refine tools for analyzing financial data and identifying trends that could impact the business
    • Adapt quickly and make changes to ensure stakeholders have access to accurate information

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
    • Minimum of 2-5 years of related financial experience

    Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or related experience with a financial analysis software and ERP systems
    • Motivated by challenges
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving
    • The ability to be flexible and adaptable. Must be able to make changes in a short notice.
    • Team player as well as capable of working independently
