    We seek a Chief of Staff/ Executive Personal Assistant/Concierge to the Principal, responsible for comprehensive support across business, boards, personal and residence services, philanthropy, and political activities. Extensive social and high-profile events. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and independently offer solutions to problems with high professionalism and confidentiality. COS will be well-read, cultured, polished, and educated—EA in L.A. for corporate activities.

    Job Description

    Reporting directly to the Principal, the COS plays a pivotal role in providing business, residence, and personal support. Your responsibilities include managing complex calendars, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, senior-level project management, making non-corporate travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, maintaining an organized office, and efficient administrative activities. You'll be managing many aspects of the Principal's personal and professional life, and your experience with high-profile and low-key event logistics will be crucial. Your role is instrumental in increasing productivity and achieving the desired lifestyle, and no other team member has as much impact on the productivity of personal/private and investment activities. All activities require preparation and follow-up, underscoring the importance of your role in the Principal's strategic activities.

    As a COS, your ability to be cultured, informed, creative, personable, well-groomed, mannered, and discrete is essential. A BA/BS degree is required. The role also demands high flexibility and open-mindedness, as it is open to travel and requires adaptable schedules. This flexibility and adaptability are not just beneficial; they are essential to successfully fulfilling the diverse responsibilities of the role. Your very good technology skills and aptitude will also be put to good use.
