Overview
Recharge is looking for a motivated and self-driven Chief of Staff to support the CEO, Oisin O'Connor.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be expected to work in-person 1-2 days per week in our Santa Monica, California office.


What you'll do

  • The role will act as a confidant and advisor to the chief executive, acting as a sounding board for ideas. Additionally, they work on diverse projects based on the CEO's priorities and manage a wide variety of initiatives as determined by the CEO
  • Deliver successful project management and work with external stakeholders and teams on strategic efforts that require handson experience across multiple functional disciples and business organizations
  • Assist in project management, including coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Collaborating on metrics tracking and KPIs across the company
  • Drive internal communications for team meetings and other internal communications at major milestones.
  • Some EA work such as expenses, travel, calendaring etc

What you'll bring

  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent relationship building, communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of roadmapping and business strategy
  • Business versatility
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, along with strong emotional intelligence
  • Backgrounds could include program management, operations, consulting among others
